 The setup time for an expandable prefabricated home in Canada can vary based on factors like location, design, permits, and site conditions. 

 Expandable prefabricated homes are designed for quick and efficient setup. These homes are delivered in a compact form and expanded on-site, often with sliding or folding sections. While setup is slightly more involved than standard modular units, our systems are engineered for smooth, fast deployment. 

 Most projects are completed within 4 to 6 months from start to finish. Simpler builds may be ready in as little as 3 to 4 months, while custom or remote projects may take 6 to 9 months depending on complexity. 

• Best case / simpler projects: ~ 3 to 4 months — if you use a standard design, site is ready, permits are quick, etc.
• More typical case: 4 to 6 months.
• Complex / remote / heavily custom projects: could take 6‑9+ months (especially if permit process is slow, site is difficult, finishing is elaborate).
